Safety Light Operator:* Operate safety lights to alert other riders of a downed rider on the track, use yellow or red cross flags when needed, maintain communication with track marshals, etc.

 

Staging/Start Gate:* Assist riders in staging area, instruct riders of starting procedure for their class, line riders up in order before they advance to the starting gate, check if transponders are working, verify class and rider numbers, maintain radio communication with registration, track marshals, race coordinator and event referee, operate starting gate, etc.

 

Finish Line Flagger:* Wave flags at the finish line, keep track of practice and race laps, use yellow flag or operate safety lights when needed, maintain radio communication with track marshals and race coordinator, etc.

 

Track Marshal:* Assist riders on the track during practice and racing, involves riding an ATV on the inside of the track and assisting downed riders, use yellow or red cross flag and operate safety lights when needed, report infractions to the event referee, maintain radio communication with medical staff, start gate and race coordinator, must possess the ability to think on your feet, etc.

 

Front Gate Attendant: Collect signatures, Accept cash payments, issue armbands and camping stickers, reconcile paperwork and drawer, etc.

 

Registration Assistant: Assist customers with registration, collect paperwork and  signatures, accept cash and card payments, post official race results, hand out awards, reconcile paperwork and drawer, etc.

 

Pro Shop Associate: Assist customers purchasing items from the Pro Shop, accept cash and card payments, re-stock shelves/cooler, assist customers with bulk fuel, clean and organize, etc.

 

Sanitation Manager: Check/spot clean and re-stock bathrooms, collect quarters from showers and pressure washers, remove trash from bathrooms, registration and concessions areas, etc.

Security Team: Patrol the property, identify safety issues, check for wristbands, monitor foot traffic only areas, maintain compliance of pit vehicle rules, etc.
